75 Years ago – April, May, June 1948

• Status - Chapter

• Membership roster – 10 members

• Convocation every Friday 8:00 PM

• Sixth degree review class every Wednesday at 8:00 PM

• Chapter room open for reading and meditation every Saturday 2:00 – 4:30 PM

• Consultation and interviews with prospective members every Tuesday 7:00 – 9:00 PM

• Three Colombes serving with one Colombe-in-waiting 

• On the first Sunday after the first Wednesday of each month a meeting of the “Sunshine Circle”, a regular gathering to perform metaphysical aid, is held.  The Circle also does visiting functions and gathers materials for shut-ins.

• On May 23rd the Chapter held a “box supper” party where the ladies put a supper into a highly decorated box where were auctioned off to the men – the men had the pleasure of having dinner with the one who put up the box.

50 Years ago – April, May, June 1973

Meeting location – 851 Clarkson St.  (Note that this is an entire house dedicated to Rosicrucian activities)

• Status - Chapter

• Membership roster – 60 members

• Convocation every Friday 8:00 PM

• 4 Colombes serving

• Hosted a Roundtable Discussion for the public on the 1st and 3rd Sundays.  A topic is presented, and each attendee is asked to express their thoughts and opinions on the topic

• Conducted degree forums on the first and third Tuesday of the month.

• On May 4th and June 1st, the chapter conducted the Chapter Initiation to welcome new members to the chapter.

• On May 12th the chapter enjoyed a “Dutch Dinner” at the home of Frater Dean Woodhull and Soror Eleanor Woodhull.  It included a “white elephant” sale after the dinner.

• On May 19th and 20th members of the Chapter were invited to attend the Reunion sponsored by the Colorado Springs Pronaos in Colorado Springs with a banquet and lectures by Fraters Harry Kellem and Dr. William H. Clark of the Rose Croix University.

• On June 10th a public lecture was conducted at the chapter quarters lead by Master Ann Williams on the topic “Path to Inner Consciousness.”

25 Years ago –April, May, June 1998

Meeting location – Edgewater Masonic building – 5700 West 25th Ave.

• Status - Lodge

• 1 Colombe serving

• Membership roster – 42 members

• Held ongoing Artisan classes on the fourth Saturday of each month with Artisan Master Mike Homyak

• TMO Master Toby Madrid conducting ongoing TMO classes

• Lodge convocations are held at 8:00 pm on the first two Fridays of the month with a Pronaos convocation held on the third Friday.  A neophyte degree forum is conducted during the Lodge convocation and after the Pronaos convocation.

• Junior Convocations are held every second Friday at 8:00 pm for the children of members

• Public Alternative Programs are presented on the 3rd Friday of each month.  These are usually Roundtable Discussions where a topic is presented, and each attendee is asked to express their thoughts and opinions on the topic

• The lodge conducted the 3rd temple degree initiation on April 25th

• The Lodge conducted the Appellation Rite on May 23 for the daughter of David Wheeler and Rosio Soto

• The Lodge hosted a “Rosicrucian Summer Workshop” on June 27th with a presentation by Judith Stewart on “Journey Into Color.”
