The Chapter room is open each Tuesday and Saturday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM for reading and meditation.
On the last Sunday of each month a meeting of the “Sunshine Circle”, a regular gathering to perform metaphysical aid, is held. The Circle also does visiting functions and gathers materials for shut-ins.
The Chapter gathers donations and sends charitable gifts to the Red Cross and sends packages of clothing to Holland and Java
The annual Assembly (convention) was held on October 24th-26th, consisting of convocations, meditations, book reviews, panel discussions, special lectures, experiments, films, and a banquet.
Nov. 7 – The chapter hosted a special open meeting and lecture by Dr. Sa-Hiuhushu, Chief Executive and Editor of the magazine, ‘The Indian Speaking Leaf’ pertaining to the American Indian
Nov. 13 – The chapter hosted a special presentation of “Pianos in Miniature” presented by Theo Marie Sponsler who has the largest miniature piano collection in the United States.
Dec 12 – The chapter celebrated the annual Christmas Bazaar. This included food, games, prizes, a quilt auction, and great fellowship.

Hosted a Roundtable Discussion for the public on the 1st and 3rd Sundays. A topic is presented, and each attendee is asked to express their thoughts and opinions on the topic
Meetings open to the public are held on the first Wednesday of the month with degree forums conducted on the remaining Wednesdays of the month.
The Chapter held its annual Halloween party on Oct. 29 at the home of Dean and Eleanor Woodhull. The theme is “come as your favorite ghost.”
The Chapter conducted a Garage Sale on Nov. 18th and 19th to raise funds in support of the affiliated body and to build the fund dedicated to buying their own building.
The annual Christmas party was held on December 16th at the home of Dean and Eleanor Woodhull, with the exchange of gifts and a full Christmas dinner.

Held ongoing Artisan classes on the fourth Saturday of each month with Artisan Master Farrell North
TMO Master T. Lynn Signor conducting ongoing TMO classes
Lodge convocations are held at 8:00 pm on the first two Fridays of the month with a Pronaos convocation held on the third Friday. A neophyte degree forum is conducted during the Lodge convocation and after the Pronaos convocation.
Junior Convocations are held every second Friday at 8:00 pm for the children of members
Public Alternative Programs are presented on the 3rd Friday of each month. These are usually Roundtable Discussions where a topic is presented and each attendee is asked to express their thoughts and opinions on the topic
Oct. 25th – Performed the 8th degree initiation.
Oct. 31st – Held an “All Hallows Eve’ party. Costumes were mandatory!!!
Nov. 1st – Conducted the Appellation Rite ceremony for Sean Gerard Morris, son of Jerry and Sonya Morris.
Nov. 7th – The evenings activities include the installation of Jennifer Daniels as Colombe.
Nov 22nd – Performed the 9th degree initiation.
Dec. 13th – Hosted a Mystical Workshop on “The Human Aura” presented by Regional Monitor Farrell North
Dec. 19th – Conducted the annual “Candle Lighting Ceremony.”
Dec. 20th – Held the annual Christmas Party at the Condo of Michael Homyak.
