Master's Message

It is just two years since the Charter for Mountain Rose Pronaos began in August 2010. This has been two years of great change for our group - each of the three Officers have changed since the time of our 2010 Charter ceremony —it is like a changing of the guard. New energies emerge with each member that chooses to serve as an Officer for the Good of the Order and the Pronaos. Each of the Officers seem to follow and expand on the energies of the previous office holders - the energies compound upon each other in an exponential manner. The Light of these members, serving for the good of the Order as Officers for Mountain Rose Pronaos, placed our group in the strong position of growth our membership is experiencing now and the harmonizing of the energies expanding from the Pronaos to all members of the Order at this time. lmperator Christian Bernard writes that when we go to our sanctums we "build the vibratory conditions which will make even more effective the mystical work we may do." He also states that the sanctum of a Rosicrucian is the inner laboratory where we study mysticism, for the purpose of applying it afterwards in the outer laboratory, which is the world.

When we go to our sanctums on a regular basis, we are preparing for circumstances such as those we find ourselves in today. If we have been maintaining regular sanctum periods, we already know what to do when we go to our sanctums to meditate for peace or healing and we have already prepared the place by raising the vibratory energy through our regular work.

As a fraternal organization we also have the opportunity to practice extending tolerance and compassion toward our fellow members. This habit creates harmony within the affiliated bodies and serves as an example for others. This means putting aside petty differences and in many cases our own personal needs for the greater good, the good of the chapter or pronaos, for example. Affiliated bodies offer us the opportunity to extend compassion, love and tolerance towards those that we have a common bond with - the Rosicrucian teachings - so that when we connect with others who do not share our views, we have had the practice of compassion, love and tolerance.

I invite you to share the theme of Harmony the current Officers share with each other and with our fratres and sorores as well as holding the vision of regaining Chapter/Lodge status in the future. Blessings and wishes for Peace and Harmony to you!

Mountain Rose Pronaos provides many opportunities for Seekers and Members!

MRP Event Schedule:

Convocation is held at 3PM on the first and third Sunday of each month with a brief period of Mediation beginning at 2:45PM prior to Convocation.

The FIRST Sunday of each Month has Open to the Public Events:

• 12:00 noon-1:00PM Book Salon
• 1:05 PM – 1:20 PM Council of Solace
• 1:30PM - 2:30 PM Introduction to the Kabbalah class
• Details for Open to the Public Events will be posted on the Colorado Rosicrucian Meetup group.

The THIRD Sunday of each Month has Member Only Activities in addition to Convocation:

• 1:30PM – 2:30PM Advanced Degree Forum
• 2:30PM-2:45PM Harmonization Ritual with Grand Lodge Council of Solace
• 4:30PM-5:30PM Neophyte Forum

The Quarterly Business Meeting is held on the first Sunday of each Quarter April, July, October and January) at 4:30PM and member input from previous meetings has brought about the Movie Night and the Book Salon. We look forward to the July meeting to see what may come forward from our Member input

Mountain Rose Pronaos celebrated the beginning of its third year in August 4, 2013. The joining of the two former AMORC groups began in August 2011 (RC3364) with Master Ronda Mitchell as the first Mountain Rose Pronaos Master. Mountain Rose Pronaos has entered into the development and ownership of its own vibrational field through the membership in the past two years.

RC3366 has brought the Pronaos fully into its offerings for both Seekers and Members opportunities to further their own spiritual path. The RC3366 Officers are committed to Service for the Members of the Pronoas and each is available to the needs of the members. The Officers’ joint goal for Mountain Rose Pronaos in RC3366 is encouraging the Use of our Light Tools on the Path to the Mastery of Life.

• The Library of the Pronaos is now re-organized and open to the Members
• The Interior design and construction of the Temple has been completed.
• Many Open to the Public workshops presented by Fr. David Schloegel have been offered and will continue to be offered on a quarterly basis in RC3366 for Members and Seekers
• The Book Salon and Movie Night are monthly offerings for Members and Seekers
• A Neophyte Degree Forum and an Advanced Degree Forum are offered for Members each month.

Membership in Mountain Rose Pronaos continues to increase – the goal of becoming a Chapter is not that far into the future if we continue to have members attending Convocation on the regular basis required to be considered for Chapter status. From Chapter status, the next step is to become a Lodge where Initiations can be held and our members will not need to travel long distances for Initiations. We have many members already initiated into the Mountain Rose Pronaos, however only a fraction attend Convocation regularly - which is the basis the Grand Lodge looks at when a Pronaos wishes to go advance to Chapter and then Lodge status.
