In mid-March the second meeting with students within the Erasmus+ project „Moving waters – how water shapes us“ took place in Appleby in England. The hosting school Appleby Grammar School prepared for students of all participating countries various activities connected with water, water protection and water management which were carried out in their school and the town of Appleby or during trips to Lake District where students participated in the research of water quality of a local river. Many of the activities very connected with the exploration of storm Desmond impacts and prevention of future similar water disasters.
