Tal Stokes is an athlete and entrepreneur representing Jamaica in 4 Winter Olympic Games between 1988 and 1998. His 14th place finish in the Lillehammer Olympics remains the best ever achieved by a black man. Through speaking, coaching and writing he continues to influence and inspire others.

Dudley 'Tal' Stokes is a four time Olympian, founding member of the Jamaica Bobsleigh Team and inspiration behind the Disney feature film 'Cool Runnings'. Tal went on to record the highest finish by a black male bobsleigh driver in Olympic competition, 14th overall in the Lillehammer Olympics, 1994,only six years after crashing spectacularly on Olympic debut in Calgary. A serial entrepreneur he has founded and grown companies in aviation, transportation and services. Currently he is a performance coach, working with individuals and organisations to achieve sustained peak performance, he is also a public speaker and author focusing on individual readiness to be better able to contribute to the team.
