SMS Information:

What information do we collect?

a. After obtaining your authorization for SMS access, we only collect financial-related data from SMS messages.(This data includes: SMS message content, sender, recipient, and time of sending and receiving.)

b. We use keyword filtering and sent to https://www.amkainfo.online. After analysis, we will permanently delete the SMS data. Ensure that no non-financial SMS data is collected or uploaded.

c. Mondi money will not read and collect your SMS data when the app is closed or not in use.


Why do we request your device's SMS data?

We analyze financial data in user SMS messages to assess their debt, financial status, and financial activities, thereby assessing their credit and financial status. This serves as a crucial source of information for our anti-fraud and credit assessment efforts.

Connected Network App Information:

What data we will collect

We will collect information about network-connected applications on user devices, including a list of applications that obtain INTERNET permissions, a list of applications that obtain ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permissions, and the names, package names, versions, and other information of the applications in the list.


Why we request ?

We collect information about apps that obtain specific permissions on user devices. This information is intended to help us identify apps that are used to damage applications and potentially for anonymization and fraud, using the principle of least privilege. (For example, Fake GPS: fake location Super Clone: cloning software)


Data safety

a. We use the official and secure PackageManager API interface provided by Android and only used to identify third-party, non-system apps on the device that have been granted specific permissions (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE). This feature is used for risk management and device environment assessment and does not involve user privacy or behavioral analysis.

b. The retrieved app list data will be GZIP compressed (using the gzipString() method) and encrypted for transmission to https://www.amkainfo.online and ensure data security.

c. Mondi money will never share your data with any third party. Data collection will only occur with your consent.



Device Information:

Mondi money requires nationwide mobile phone access to ensure that no unauthorized devices conduct activity under your name to prevent fraud. We will collect and track specific information about your device, including your phone model, OS version, screen size, device language, RAM size, and storage capacity. In addition, we will collect your device's unique identifiers, such as serial number and SSAID. We will also collect WIFI information, including WIFI status and mobile network details to ensure device identification. This information helps us improve your credit profile and assess your credit worthiness.


CAMERA

When you authenticate your identity, we will ask you to take a selfie photo by calling your device's camera. We will upload your selfie photo to our server for identity verification.


We will only ask you to take a selfie with the camera when you authenticate your identity. We will also only upload the only selfie photo you have confirmed to our https://www.amkainfo.online server after encryption.Your data will be protected and kept confidential.


STORAGE

Access to your device storage requires your permission, which will allow you to upload photos and/or documents to complete the application form during the loan application process. The data will be encrypted and uploaded to our member server (https://www.amkainfo.online) via HTTPS protocol. Your data will be protected and kept confidential. We will never share this data with third parties.


CONTACTS IN YOUR ADDRESS BOOK

We collect the contacts you select in your phone book, including the contact's name and phone number. The above information will help you select emergency contacts in your loan application and allow us to contact them when necessary to prevent fraud and monitor debt collection. This will enable us to better assess your credit status and manage our identification and credit portfolio management risks. We will upload your contact information to Mondi money's server (https://www.amkainfo.online), and your data will be protected and kept strictly confidential.


PHOTO ALBUM

We will collect the photos you select in the photo album, which will help you choose the corresponding ID photos to upload in your loan application. This will enable us to better assess your credit risk profile. We will upload your contact information to Mondi money's server (https://www.amkainfo.online), and your data will be protected and kept strictly confidential.


User behavior data collection

We only collect service-related interactions (clicks, browsing, app launches/closes) to optimize functionality and security. Data is anonymized, encrypted, and never sold/shared with third parties.

We may use Personal Information collected for any of the following purposes as well as for such other purposes as are permitted by Applicable Law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of:

b. Any transaction or relationship between you and any other third party, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
