Raise follow-up questions (if any) for more in-depth discussion.
Announce conference reminders (if any) and invite participants to attend succeeding plenary and parallel sessions.
Conclude the session and extend appreciation to the presenters and the participants.
Cue presenters and participants for a photo opportunity.
Before closing the session, check with Team PWU’s session coordinator whether all presenters have signed the confirmation form which will be the basis for issuance of Certificates of Presentation.
DOCUMENTATION OF SESSION
The organizers will photo and video-document the plenary sessions. Panelists and moderators may take photographs or audio-video recordings during the sessions. Uploading these materials to any of the panelist’s or moderator’s social media platforms or to their respective affiliation’s official websites is of their own volition. They must ensure that data privacy protocols are observed prior to uploading.
Some participants have indicated their desire NOT to be included in the photo or video documentation. There might be some of them in your assigned parallel session. They will wear lanyards of a color different from the other participants. Kindly take note of this important detail. Thank you.
