Meet Mrs. Ghezzi / Ms. Lincourt

Mrs. Ghezzi: Hello!  I grew up in Bayonne, New Jersey and graduated from New York University with an undergraduate degree in International Business.  After graduation I worked for companies including JP Morgan Chase, Lucent Technologies, and Ernst and Young.  After marrying, my husband and I moved from Hoboken, New Jersey to Amesbury and have lived here since 2002.  We have two beautiful children Ryan (21), who is studying to be a civil engineer at UMass Lowell and Madelyne (18) who is a freshmand at UMass Lowell studying to be a mechanical engineer, along with our cutest family member, our Bernedoodle named Margo.  In 2010, I changed course and got a Masters Degree in Mathematics Curriculum and Instruction from Gordon College and have begun a program of Advanced Graduate Studies to further my skillset and become a leader in our school and district overall by getting a Math Specialist license Ed. S.  I worked as a mathematics teacher in Marblehead prior to my 13 years at Amesbury Middle School. My hobbies include travel and cooking.  

Ms. Lincourt: Hi, all! I may be a familiar face to some of your families as I was the long term substitute last year in sixth grade working with many of your students! I am a recent graduate from the University of New Hampshire where I recieved an undergraduate degree in Wildlife and Conservation Biology and studied a minor in Forestry! These are two science related subjects which are heavily tied into mathematics! Math is the background of science!! My hobbies include timber sports, hiking, kayaking, learning and everything MOOSE! I am very excited to be working with your students again this year!
