Where do I find my child's learning tasks?

All tasks can be found on Google Classroom or on the Pōhutukawa Hub Website. Generally speaking, any follow up tasks that need to be completed can be found on Google Classroom. If your child needs to access content or slides to a topic, this can be found on our Pōhutukawa website. 

What if my child forgets their username or password for any online service?

• HERO, Google Classroom and school Gmail address: student logins are firstname.firstletterofinitial@amesbury.school.nz

• HERO, Google Classroom and school Gmail password: a generic password we have provided for them since they started Amesbury. Otherwise, please contact Gar Kee at garkee@amesbury.school.nz who will be able to retrieve or reset it.

What is the code to enter Google Classroom?

To join a classroom: sign into Google Classroom using your "@amesbury.school.nz" school email address > click the "+" icon on the top right of the page > then enter the code below and click "join." You will be able to see the tasks assigned to you within that class.
