Letters That Lift Spirits
Our Mighty Mustangs have a special opportunity to show appreciation to the brave men and women who serve our country. A simple thank-you letter can brighten a service member's day and remind them that their sacrifice is recognized and appreciated.
π¬ DROP OFF YOUR LETTERS
Place completed Thank-A-Vet letters in the special Thank-A-Vet mailbox located in the front office.
The mailbox will be available for letter submissions November 2 through November 11.
ALL LETTERS ARE DUE BY NOVEMBER 11
βοΈ LETTER TEMPLATES
PTA will provide letter templates to all students. Teachers will distribute the templates to their classes.
π» ACCESS AT HOME
Families can access the letter templates online so students can participate from home.
β€οΈ SHARE WITH YOUR FAMILY
Students are also encouraged to keep their letters and give them to family members who have served or are currently serving.
π¦ LETTERS GO FURTHER
Letters collected through this event will be provided to MilVet and shared with service members through their care-package efforts.
