Wellness Resources and Tips for High School Students (and Their Families!)
Student Self-Regulation Self-Care Weekly Checklist : The purpose of the checklist is to help you be aware and in control of how you are doing in terms of your own physical and mental health and wellness, as well as helping establish and follow healthy life routines. This is a weekly checklist.
Steps for using the checklist:
Make a copy for that week. Add your name and date.
Take a close read at the items on the list.
Celebrate the areas that you are doing well in.
Consider any adjustments you may need to make in your life to improve your wellness and balance based on your answers on the checklist.
Regularly go back to the checklist to monitor your wellbeing.
