Dr. Terry Farris is an Entrepreneur, Educator, Administrator, and Coach with over 20 years experience working in all areas of Higher Education..

Prior to working as the Chief Academic Officer at American Heritage College, I have spent many years assisting team members and graduates with becoming better individuals from a career perspective. However, it is important to dedicate time to focusing on the mindset.

I believe it is important to find ourselves first, before we can assist others with finding their best selves. For example, in 2019 I found myself at a crossroads. I wasn’t enjoying life. I realized that for over a decade I was chasing a career, not happiness. It hurt many people in my life. That hurt can never be repaid.

Finding my mindset has been beneficial to me because I can focus on today, not yesterday. I can let go of the mistakes and now, I can help others find the tools that will help him/her find the path to a professional mindset.

I am no stranger to adversity. We can all overcome the voices and doubts that we thrust upon ourselves, while also learning every day. They say knowledge is power. But, if you don’t believe in yourself and the true abilities you have, you will continue to struggle.

I enjoy what I do, and I want to continue to become a better person and help you become find yourself.

Dr Angeliki Papasava is an academic and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in teaching Management at various university levels both face-to-face and online at a number of European, Asian, African and American universities and colleges. She has completed a PhD at the International School of Management, started her own companies in Greece and Bulgaria and worked for multinational ICT companies travelling around the world. Her teaching and managerial roles now include post graduate supervision and responsibility for curriculum development and partnership initiatives with a number of universities including University of Roehampton London Online, IMD Business School Lausanne, American Heritage College, and Edinburgh Napier University. She is the Programme Director of the MSc in Engineering Management at the University of Hull Online. She is also a part-time Faculty Member of the American College of Greece and a Senior Lecturer at AthTech College.
