All students will have either three or five virtual days a week. On your virtual days you will need to log into the Google Classroom for each of your classes and complete the daily assignments. Your teachers will provide video lessons and work daily. You do not have to log into a "live class" at a specific time, unless your teacher has asked you to do so.
If you don't have internet access at home you will need to download your assignments for the week onto your flash drive. You can do this while you are at school if you a hybrid or at a connection point in the community if you are fully virtual. Lessons and materials will be ready on Thursday evenings for the next week. You will also need to re-upload your work each week to turn it in to your teacher.
First you will need to go to the School Board Office to complete paperwork and make your yearly Chromebook payment ($35). Bring the receipt to the high school to pick up your device any time this week. The building will be open 2pm-7pm on Monday and we will have extending evening hours on Tuesday and Thursday until 7pm.
1) The fully virtual option and the A/B days create smaller class sizes.
2) Classrooms will wiped down between classes and common areas will be frequently cleaned.
3) The hallways are one directional for the time-being.
4) Students will only gather in small groups via reporting to homeroom in the mornings.
5) Lunches will be served and eaten in homeroom classes.
6) Staff and students should wear masks in classroom, hallways, and on the bus.
7) Desks in classrooms are spaced 6 feet away from each other.
8) Students and staff will have their temperature checked before coming in the school building. If you have a fever you will be sent home.
9) We will not be using lockers for the time-being.
10) Shared supplies, field trips, assemblies, and guests to the building will be eliminated or limited.
