Employee Assistance Programme
Did you know that AMC is a member of Discovery's Healthy Company? Healthy Company is a digitally-enabled, comprehensive employee assistance programme and wellness solution that identifies and proactively supports both at-risk employees and those who are well, throughout their work life journey. This programme focuses on 4 key elements of well-being and support: physical, emotional, financial and legal.
All employees of AMC have access to this programme, even if you are not a member of Discovery. And the support is also offered to any of your family members that currently live with you. You can access this programme via the Discovery website or app.
ALL INFORMATION SHARED IS CONFIDENTIAL. AMC will receive a report so that we know if employees are using this benefit or not. But no information is shared, not who is accessing the programme or what support is required. If preferred, all contact can be made via the app using a messaging service. This can further ensure anonymity as no one in your home or in office would overhear what you are discussing.
