Attendance Policy - 3 absences = lose voting privileges; Members may attend meetings via Video Conference but must join within 15 minutes of the start of the meeting, have video on, and not be driving in order to be considered present. If more than 5 minutes late, and less than 15 minutes late for any meeting, members will be marked "tardy," and 3 tardies = one absence.
