Mentorship

Purpose

Launched in 2015 and had it's first graduating class the committee was established to help with the mentorship programming for women and minorities in our industry. Committee members will help with recruiting prospective mentees and mentors, creating educational and program opportunities and interview prospective mentees when applications open in August. Mentees are selected in September and paired with a mentor following by a kick-off meeting in November.
