Helping Mamas - Georgia (2023 - 2025) Helping Mamas was founded by a social worker who saw a gap in services. There was no coordinated effort to collect and distribute essential baby items or period products to women and children in need. Serving nearly 60,000 children a year and distributing 2 million essential items to the community. Helping Mamas has grown to fight diaper needs and period poverty throughout the state of Georgia and in Knoxville, TN.
For the Hope Partnership (2025 - 2026) For The Hope Partnership is a 501c3 non-profit organization founded in 2007. What began as a small group of friends who occasionally flipped pancakes on a street corner in downtown Atlanta has grown into an organization that faithfully serves those in need every Saturday morning. Over the years, FTHP has served tens of thousands of breakfasts and has provided thousands of community service opportunities for sponsors and volunteers. But more important for our friends in need, FTHP has been a dependable bright spot in their lives – something to look forward to, week after week – a hot breakfast, some friendly conversation, and warm hearts.
Kidz2Leaders (2025 - 2027)
Kidz2Leaders provides stability, opportunity and a Christian community for children of inmates to break the cycle of incarceration. The ten-year program is designed to cultivate long-term, supportive relationships, beginning with children at age eight and serving them and their families through young adulthood. All of their programming and services are provided at no cost to families, and are made possible by our 700+ volunteers. They believe change is possible through the power of Christ and in the context of community.
