The pages below will serve as a reference for students curious about writing in APA style. For the purposes of this course, I am mainly interested in the ability to citing sources using APA formatting, not necessarily how to format a paper using APA style. (What I mean is I don't need a cover page, an abstract, etc.)
Students should use a general paper formatting style of 1" margins, double-spaced, 10-12 point font (typically Arial or Times New Roman). Papers generally use tabs (or indentations of five spaces) to denote new paragraphs. Papers should not leave lines between paragraphs.
