Amara Family Foundation

Mission

The Amara Family Foundation, Inc. is a private non-profit corporation. The Foundation activities will include but not be limited to promoting Sports and Education activities for youth and young adults through sportsmanship, horsemanship, scholarships and effective recognition of educators. The Foundation also creates projects around introduction and pursuit of competitive sports and educational efforts from early childhood through high school and recognition of educators.All projects and initiatives of the foundation are sponsored by the Board of Directors.

Amateur sports

The Foundation seeks to support unique programs and experiences in sports, to foster healthy competition and to help build self confidence, discipline and focus that have a proven impact among children, teens and young adults

Education

One of our focus areas is to give back to the local community by supporting teachers & educators in the DFW Metroplex. The primary focus of our educational efforts is directed towards early childhood through high school educators & teachers.

Horsemanship

"Project Ashwa" Promoting introduction and pursuit of equestrian sports to foster healthy competition and supporting young riders for the purpose of furthering their equestrian training in pursuit of equestrian excellence & their dedication to instilling horsemanship in riders in the Texas local shows & national level horse shows.
