During this 30–45 minute session, we:
Listen deeply to your concerns and your child’s experiences
Identify emotional, behavioral, or social challenges
Explore strengths, needs, and root causes
Provide immediate support tools you can use right away
Recommend the best pathway (coaching, restorative guidance, parent support, or a tailored plan)
This is a safe space for honest conversation, connection, and clarity.
We will then partner to decide the next best steps for you, your family and/or your child and if our services will be the right type of support. We will discuss our recommendations, scheduling, structure, payments and plans.
Typically in our process, there is:
The consultation
1-2 observation/meet and greets
A collaborative planning session
Onboarding with intake and paperwork
Initial appointment
Q: Is this therapy?
A: We provide restorative guidance, emotional wellness coaching, behavior strategy support, and family empowerment—not clinical therapy. We use methods and strategies rooted in neuroscience to renew the mind, habits and thought patterns by identifying the root and using trained skills to remediate the challenges leveraging strengths. Clinical therapy is provided by a licensed mental health professional. We may have these options in the future.
Q: How long is the program?
A: Coaching plans range from 6–12 weeks, depending on your child’s or family's needs and is often valuable to continue with services immediately proceeding for 6-12 months to ensure new practices and habits stick and continue to be exemplified. Often our clients see lasting benefits in this.
Q: Do parents participate?
A: Yes. Family involvement strengthens results and helps maintain progress at home. We know life can be busy so we provide simplified application to make adjustments simple and with as much bereavement as possible.
