For security purposes a Student ID Number is required to retrieve your student’s school photo access code. This number can be found in your parent portal. Please follow the directions below to locate your student’s number.
BSD1 Parents: Your student’s Student Number may contain up to 9 digits and can be found in the Parent Portal app in the Student Profile next to their photo.
Butte Central Parents: Your student’s 5-digit Student Number can be found in the FACTS app → Family → select your student’s name.
IMPORTANT: Please check your parent portal FIRST to locate your student's Student ID Number. For student privacy and security, Alycia Holland Photography cannot provide Student ID Numbers. If you are unable to locate it in your parent portal, please contact your student's school directly for assistance.
