Is this program hard as hard as 12-Months SE?

No! but it is a professional program designed to prepare you directly for workplace tasks. We’re not playing games—this program mirrors what you’ll be doing in real-world jobs.

Why is this program important?

This program directly prepares you for the workplace with skills you’ll use on the job. No other program offers this level of real-world readiness

How do I graduate?

You need to complete all levels, pass monthly evaluations with an average of 60% or more, and submit all required projects.

Who will support me during the program?

You’ll have the guidance of our most senior mentors, Cole and Faith, who bring a combined 11 years of software engineering experience.

You’ll also learn from experts currently working with the skills you’re developing.

What do I get if I graduate?

You’ll receive a ProDev certificate
Proof of workplace readiness (Based on Request)
Guidance on how to add the skills you’ve learned to your resume for job applications.

What happens if I don’t graduate?

It is not our ideal plan for you, but if you don't

You’ll need to join an available cohort. However, since this is a pilot program, this is the only cohort that will not require the All-Access Fee.
If you haven’t completed or have never taken Professional Foundations, you’ll need to finish it before joining another ProDev cohort.

How many hours should I dedicate?

We recommend dedicating 30 hours per week, but you can put in more if needed to stay on track.

Will I work with peers?

Yes! Just like in the workplace, collaboration is key. We encourage learners to support and work with each other throughout the program.

What if I have questions or get stuck?

You can always reach out to your mentors or use our support channels. We’re here to help you succeed!

When is graduation?

Graduation is scheduled for March 27, 2025, exactly 130 days after the program starts
