Mrs. Gonzalez is starting her 6th year as a school counselor. She obtained her Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology at the University of California, Riverside and her Master's of Arts in Counseling, with her PPS at La Sierra University. Mrs. Gonzalez loves spending time with her husband, two kiddos and dogs. She loves exploring new places, trying new foods, and loves music.
Ms. Romero is beginning her 5th year as a school counselor. Previously she taught English at the High School level for 4 years. Ms. Romero received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Single Subject Teaching Credential from California State University, San Bernardino. While in education, she completed her Master of Arts in School Counseling along with her PPS Credential at the University of Redlands. Most importantly, Ms. Romero is the proud mom of two delightful girls. She adores embarking on adventures with family, friends, and her two pups Archie and Louie.
Mr. Gasparini is starting his 14th year as counselor at Norte Vista and his 20th overall. Mr. Gasparini has a passion for helping students, specifically in the area of personal/social counseling. He loves to spend time with his wife and kids, traveling, going to Disneyland, concerts, and sporting events.
Mr. Pelayo is beginning his 15th year as a counselor at Norte Vista and his 18th year overall. Mr. Pelayo attended East LA College and earned a AA Degree in Administration of Justice. He then transferred to CSULA and earned a bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. He then attended University of La Verne where he earned a Masters Degree in School Counseling. Mr. Pelayo is passionate about Counseling and helping students graduate from high school. He likes giving students options about what can they do after graduating from high school. For example, four year college, Trade/Vocational, military or joining the workforce. During his free time, Mr. Pelayo enjoys visiting national parks and making BBQ at home.
