Physical Education Department
WELCOME TO NOVI PE
The goal of the Physical Education department is to provide students with the opportunities to develop an optimal level of physical fitness through the use of psycho-motor development activities, cardiovascular endurance/flexibility/strength training, and social/emotional skills. Health related activities are a integral part our program at all levels. An awareness of the importance of daily exercise, social skills, sportsmanship, and the enjoyment of physical activity throughout a lifetime is our departments ultimate goal. Both Pre- and Post physical fitness tests are administered each semester to all students in order to better assess student progress. We strive to create responsible, reliable and respectful young adults.
