Student Forms

Yearly UIL Academics release form (required) (this only needs to be filled out once per year, but is necessary in order to travel and participate in UIL Academics) The entire packet filled out by student and guardians must be in Mr. Lechleiter's possession before you are allowed to board the bus for an Academic Meet. 

Alternate travel release form (not required) (this form is only required if a student is coming late, or leaving early and not riding the bus both to and from a tournament) Please make sure this has been filled out completely and turned in to Mr. Lechleiter whenever you're not travelling on the UIL bus.
