NO cell phones out in the classroom unless the teacher is using it for instructional purposes. It must be kept powered OFF, INSIDE their BACKPACK/PURSE/ETC., not in their pocket or lap.
Hallways: Students may NOT use their phone in the hallways.
Cafeteria: Students may NOT use their phone in the cafeteria.
