About Mr. Franklin
I graduated at Excelsior University while I was on Active Duty in the U.S. Army. I spent over 20 years in either the active Army, Army Reserve, or Army National Guard and I am currently in the Retired Reserve. After I left active duty I entered into education where I worked as technology support for almost four years and then I transitioned into teaching technology about 10 years ago. .
I have taught many different Project Lead the Way and other technology courses in the past but always at the Jr. Hight level (mostly 8th grade) so this is my first at Alvin High School teaching Introduction to Engineering Design, Civil Engineering and Architecture and Aerospace Engineering. I am so excited to be your teacher and explore this new school year with each of you.
