Ahoy, Physed Pirates!

Each week, we will update the website with weekly lessons. We just want to make sure you stay active!

For Each Week, you can do one of the following:

  • Use the videos and Google Slideshow below to guide you through workouts and health lessons each week... OR...
  • Use the home packet on the Resources page to guide your workout.


At the end of the week, please do one of the following:

  1. Let us know how you are staying active in our Google Classroom: Classroom Code - gm2gfc2
  2. or send us an email or picture to: emilton@lavinisd.net or jfeddersen@alvinisd.net
  3. or post to our Pomona PE Twitter account: @giggsydoodle
  4. or fill in this Google Form to tell us how you have been active. Google Form Link
  5. or write down your activities on a piece of paper and have guardians sign and turn it in when we get back to school.

  1. paper, something toss/throw (sock ball, beanbag, or homemade beanbag - see video below)

  3. some items to use as place markers (shoes, Lego pieces, stuffed animals, paper)
