Rank One- All athletes must have an uploaded up-to-date physical in order to participate in practice and games.  All other forms in Rank One must be signed.  Anything in red on your account indicates an uncompleted section.  Anything in green is completed

• If your athlete obtained their physical through the school last year be aware that all completed physicals were returned to the athlete.  The training department recommended that all athletes immediately take a photo of their physical and keep the physical form with them.

• If your athlete has their form be sure to check that it is uploaded into Rank One and all forms are showing green on the website.
