Private Lessons

Private Lesson Information and Instructors

We are very fortunate at Alvin Junior High to have a world class private lesson staff! Most of our teachers hold at least one college degree on our instruments, with many holding two degrees! 

Private lessons are available for all instruments and are highly recommended for students of ALL playing abilities.

Students meet once per week in the Alvin Junior High Band Hall with a professional, semi-professional, or college level musician that provides instruction catered to the individual student's needs and instrument. Lessons may occur during class or before/after school depending on the private lesson instructor's availability.

Lessons are $20 - 30  (depending on teacher qualifications) per 1/2 hour session for each lesson.
