Sand Production Research 

The project has been implemented in five directions: structural analysis of the sand production samples, CFD-DEM simulation of the sand production experiments, DEM-FEM simulation of triaxial compression tests, trial runs of ML-DEM with PINN and using ML for sand production prediction.
