This Privacy Policy explains how StrikeSensai collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use its app.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of data:
Personal Information: This includes your name, email address, user ID, biometric information, and gender. Personal information is collected when you create an account, contact us, or interact with the app.
Usage of Data: This includes information about your interactions with the app, such as pages visited, time spent, device information, and crash data. We collect anonymous usage data solely to improve app functionality and fix bugs.
Movements Data: This includes your hands and head movements when using features that recognize and analyze your movements. Movements data is collected solely to enable the app’s functionality and is not linked to your identity.
Purchase Information: When you make an in-app purchase or subscription through the Apple App Store, StrikeSensai and its subscription management provider, RevenueCat, may process information related to your purchases and subscriptions, such as purchase history, transaction information, subscription status, and app user identifier. RevenueCat does not receive your credit card or other payment information for purchases made through Apple's App Store.
Important note: We do not collect any videos, pictures, or recordings of your activities unless you provide explicit consent within the app.

StrikeSensai does not use personal data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. StrikeSensai does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by third-party service providers, such as Apple, RevenueCat, and Firebase, where necessary to provide app functionality, subscriptions, analytics, security, and technical support.
4. AI Data Processing
StrikeSensai uses Apple’s Vision framework and an on-device machine learning model to analyze facial and movement data in real time and provide personalized insights. All processing occurs locally on your device. Camera frames and face-related data are not uploaded, stored, retained, or shared with StrikeSensai or any third party. This data is used solely to provide the app’s facial and movement-analysis functionality and is discarded after processing. Face data is not used for advertising, tracking, profiling, or identification. StrikeSensai can’t be held responsible for any breaches related to the use of this Apple Corporation tool.
5. Third-Party Services
StrikeSensai uses trusted third-party services to provide, maintain, and improve certain features of the app. These services may process information as necessary to provide their services.
Apple — App Store services, including processing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management, purchase validation, entitlement management, and subscription analytics. RevenueCat may process information such as purchase history, transaction information, app user ID, and technical information associated with use of the app.
Firebase (Google) — analytics, crash reporting, and other app functionality, where applicable.
Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy and terms of service.
6. Your Data Protection Rights
StrikeSensai Privacy Policy respects the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

StrikeSensai retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy and to comply with legal obligations. After the deletion of your personal data, StrikeSensai may retain de-personalized (anonymous) information for analysis and improvement.

StrikeSensai may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to monitor activity on our app and store certain information, but only for functional purposes (e.g., to keep you logged in or to remember preferences).
We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies for advertising or tracking your usage behavior without your explicit consent.

StrikeSensai app is not intended for users under 13, and StrikeSensai does not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe or hint that data from children under 13 have been collected, please contact immediately info@strikesensai.com and such data will be deleted. StrikeSensai is not responsible for any data breaches related to children's data.

Being a provider based in Switzerland, your data may be transferred and processed internationally, including outside of the European Union (EU). StrikeSensai ensure that any international transfers of personal data comply with the GDPR and other applicable laws.
