the united states collage service (uscs) is an informal, shifting network of united states postal service users who like getting mail, cutting it up, and sending the tampered pieces back out into the world for a second/third/nth chance at life. the uscs is inspired by "cut me up" magazine and the world of mail art (including ulises carrión's erratic art mail international system). we are not experts in mail, collage, or waiting patiently.
