Our speakers prepared recordings of approximately 15 minutes in which they address issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in their respective fields of German Studies, Spanish Studies, and related fields and university administration. We have asked colleagues to include in their recorded presentations 3-4 sources they have found particularly useful to their thinking about questions of DEI in their fields.

The goal of this event is to address issues regarding teaching, service, research, and hiring practices concerning DEI.
The event took place entirely online via Zoom on February 25, 2022.
