I am Rozano, a former IT Director and Assistant Professor.  I have been a System Developer using C/C++ and Java, and also a Web Developer using PHP and the MERN Stack.  As a director of the IT Service Department of our campus, majority of my projects have been related to the campus network and security.  I am also interested in doing Mobile Development using Kotlin and Godot for games.

I am looking for a Consultant position that may need my expertise with regards to their IT strategies or issues to resolve.  I have more than 15 years of working experience as well as trainings.
