Clara Quevedo is the owner of Creadores de Imagen in Barcelona. Clara comparte con nosotros como fue el proceso de adaptación de su negocio frente al actual contexto de la Pandemia. Si bien en un inicio ello significó que tenían que dejar de funcionar por un tiempo, ello le sirvió para pensar en una nueva estrategia comercial que le ayudará a sobrellevar los nuevos retos. Durante el confinamiento se capacito en Visual Merchandising, Redes Sociales y en cómo lograr tener un mejor posicionamiento en Google. La empatía es una herramienta muy valiosa que utilizamos con nuestro mercado objetivo o target, además de las neurociencias, no buscamos clientes en volumen, más bien buscamos enfocarnos en nuestro target, conocer que necesidades y sueños tiene, sin invadir su privacidad y ofrecerles un servicio personalizado. Clara indico que es primordial trabajar en la buena comunicación, empatía y otras habilidades blandas que contribuyen a ofrecer una mejor experiencia de servicio.

Marta raised and born in in Catalunya, she is a content creator for networks and environmental activist. Specialized mainly in the creation of audiovisual pieces for projects aligned with sustainability. Also very focused on the production of upcycling tutorials, to empower people and learn to self-produce what they need, thus helping to reduce their environmental impact. Her main motivation and statement: " I believe in the power of DOING as a form of environmental activism. In the capacity of the networks to bring us useful, independent and transformative information. That is why I create content for entities that work in favor of sustainability. This is the green revolution. Cross-cutting, necessary and supported by digital".

Pamela and Cindy, Lebanese entrepreneur and the co-founders of Bērytī Bistro in Barcelona, share their story of the lockdown for a Lebanese bistro that offers a sneak peek of Beirut, delicious homemade Lebanese food, and monthly art installations. The owners of Bērytī like many restaurants were faced with the industry’s greatest challenge to date “Covid-19”, however, they were determined to do things differently that could capture value in the post-COVID-19 future. In March 2020, once the quarantine and physical distancing started, Pamela and Cindy were forced to cease operation for a while, they took a pause to reflect, disconnect and see how the things would be developing. Within a few weeks, they had a plan tailored to their client's preferences and new dining need that would equip them to adapt and refine their restaurant model for the “next normal. Here the owners of Bērytī Bistro had to focus on what works, update the operating module, enhancing delivering capabilities to recover in the new normal and keep their clients engaged and positive in challenging times. We meet Arturo Gil, the CEO and co-founder of Studentfy, international student association in Spain. The business started as a marketplace in October 2015 focused on services and resources for business school students. The objective was to create value and integrate what was relevant for international students. Being an entrepreneur, the co-founders got to experiment a lot and at the same time learn from their experiences. The Lockdown shut down 90% of their revenue streams so they were forced to make tough business choices, revisit their strategy, and develop new plans based on what they can now offer. Making sense of today is not easy and right now, Studentfy’s wants to introduce new plans that will generate a new revenue stream, find investors and establish new partnerships. Like working on creating value for business schools, as it is the main adopting channel for students. We’re in unparalleled times and Arturo’s priority is to have a steady monthly recurring revenue that will gain stability, improve the planning & budgeting, and get funding to take the business forward.

Bernadett Nagy, who has become a life coach three years ago, shares how she helps men to uncover their real selves and how the lockdown affected her and her clients. Bernadett is based in Barcelona and her practice is fully online. During the lockdown, she lost a few clients, because their attention diverted from inner search to their businesses and financial stability. Despite the slowdown, she used the time to start a video channel to keep awareness about her practice and to create a new program for men with a “Nice Guy” syndrome to help them explore and be who they really are. Now the lockdown is lifted, both men and their wives are asking Bernadett to help them deal with interpersonal challenges that surfaced during the last few months.
