At TLA, we empower our educators with the resources and flexibility to design their own curricula, enabling us to tailor learning experiences to the unique needs of each child in our care. Our curricula align with the Tennessee Early Learning Development Standards (TNELDS), with a strong emphasis on purposeful play. Every activity and interaction is thoughtfully designed with intentionality and purpose. 

We know that every child develops at a different rate and has their own learning process. We have the tools to document children's learning progress through a developmental continuum. These assessments are on-going and occur naturally giving us, as well as parents and families, the ability to track children's developmental progress.
