How Students will log in to Infinite Campus Student Portal (1).pdf

Grading:

  1. Citizenship: Students earn an Outstanding (O), Satisfactory (S), Needs Improvement (N), or Unsatisfactory (U) grade in citizenship. This grade is based on behavior in class.

  2. Academic Grade: Every assignment given will be graded.

A: 90%-100%

B: 80%-89.9%

C: 70%-79.9%

D: 60%-69.9%

F: 0%-59.9%

Grading Weight Categories: Classwork/Homework: 40%; Participation 10%; Projects/Presentations: 20%; Quiz/Test: 20%; Final: 10%

To view your grades, you will need to login to Infinite Campus Portal (above)

  1. Extra Credit: Extra credit assignments are given regularly. Extra credit will be offered for going above and beyond the requirements of specific assignments or projects. If given, extra credit assignments will be offered to everyone upon teacher discretion and not upon request. Additionally, students are fully expected to complete and turn in all assignments on time, complete absent work according to school policy, participate in class, and study for quizzes/tests to keep up their grades.

  2. Late Work: Assignments are expected to be fully completed on time. However, if a situation arises that work is turned in late, the assignment must be fully completed within 2 weeks of assignment due date to earn 80% of the assignment grade. If absent, students have the same amount of days to make up work as absent for full credit, according to district policy.

*Note: Both late & absent work must be turned in within the grading period it is due to count towards grade.
