¡Hola! Me llamo Señora Pinedo.

I am delighted to teach Spanish at Vineyard Junior High School.  At the junior high level, Spanish 1 is covered over TWO years in the classes: "Intro to Spanish" and "Spanish 1".  In addition to Spanish 1, I also teach Conversational Spanish!  Since 2012, the Spanish elective class has been offered at Vineyard Junior High School and I am honored to have been a part of the program since its beginning.

As a teacher, I have taught many grades and subjects, which has given me a variety of experience to draw from in my teaching.  My career started in 2005, at the elementary level, where I have taught 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grades.  In junior high, I have taught Physical Science, Pre-Algebra, STEM, and Spanish.  The credentials I hold are: Multiple Subject (K-8), Single Subject Science, and Single Subject Spanish.

I've grown up in the Rancho Cucamonga area, and have attended: Cucamonga Middle School, Alta Loma High School, Chaffey Community College (3 Associates Degrees), University of California, Riverside (Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Literature), Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Claremont Graduate School of Education (Master's Degree in Teacher Education & Multiple Subjects Credential), University of Phoenix, and University of the Pacific.

Education is extremely important to me.  I strive to be my personal best and expect that my students do the same.
