Opening                : Senior Scrum Master

Location               : Alpharetta, GA (May be relocated to unanticipated sites around US)

Requirements     : Master’s degree in Engineering Management or related/equivalent plus 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Scrum Project Manager, or related (BS + 5 years exp. in lieu of Master’s + 2 yrs.).

Responsibilities : 

• Ensure alignment of business delivery such that it supports constant reprioritization to suit market needs. 

• Provide budget forecasting assistance and track it on an ongoing basis. Facilitate scrum of scrums on a day to day basis. Coach teams on SAFe enablement and transition. 

• Make sure teams adhere to SAFe norms. Ensure story point normalization adheres to the guardrails for work estimation. Provide feedback for framework improvement based on lessons learned during framework implementation. 

• Support resolution of impediments and blockers. Coordinate with developers to resolve complex issues at the technical level. Attend meetings with developers and teams to finalize solutions for complex technical issues. Identify key stakeholders, facilitate collaborative discussions to remove blockers, escalate issues when necessary. Facilitate resource onboarding and off-boarding. 

• Facilitate Scrum sessions. Track resource off-boarding knowledge transition to completion, ensuring that there are no knowledge gaps. Train the team on performance metrics and best practices to improve performance. 

• Work with business stakeholders and the product owner to drive return on investment. Provide predictability metrics to educate business stakeholders. Monitor and track progress, milestones, and budgets, and mitigate issues and risks. 

• Provide the level of effort (LOE) to finish the development and design part for additional requirements outside of the project scope. Track and monitor team progress towards milestone delivery by tracking various metrics. 

• Support various stakeholders and provide reporting to track and monitor their team’s progress on a daily basis and ensure overall delivery of timeline and consistent progress. 

• Analyze Jira/Jira Align tool data for all teams working in Project and create Agile metrics and scorecards for senior management and stakeholders. Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo, and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process. 

• Use JIRA tool for Sprint planning, Sprint backlog management, Sprint Task list management, task allocations and report generation. Conduct sprint retrospective and follow up on action items for continuous improvement.

Opening : Sr. Software Engineer (Multiple)

We are looking for a Senior Java / J2EE Developer with Micro-Services in Alpharetta GA.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Development experience of Micro-Services

• Strong hands-on experience on Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot and several other Spring modules.

• Strong experience on Spring Security

• Strong experience with REST web services

• Strong exposure to working with responsive web applications

• To develop applications, framework components using node.js

• Hands on experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, JUnit, Artifactory.

• Participate in different stages of application development and add value to each stage with appropriate inputs.

Mandatory Skills:

• Object oriented design & domain modeling skills is a must

• 4+ years of hands-on with exposure and experience in a wide variety of Java technologies with specific expertise in the Spring products (core, spring boot, integrations, security).

• Experienced in building various integrations such as: web services, queues, batch

• Knowledge of handling distributed transactions, compensating transactions

• Knowledge of MongoDB and Spring-data-mongodb
