AltaHub (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the AltaHub mobile application (“App”).

When you use AltaHub, we may collect:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and user IDs provided through your organization or employer.

• Account Access: Enterprise login credentials if your employer or service provider provisions access. 

• App Usage Data: Features accessed, device type, operating system, error logs, and performance metrics.

• Device Information: Device identifiers necessary for security, fraud prevention, and service functionality.
  
  

We do not collect sensitive data categories such as location, contacts, photos, health data, or messages.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Enable app functionality (quoting, invoicing, billing, workflows, and pricebook features).

• Provide secure enterprise login and account access.

• Improve app performance and reliability through analytics.

• Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse.

• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with:

• Service Providers that help us operate the App (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing).

• Enterprise Customers who provision your access to AltaHub.

• Legal Authorities if required to comply with laws or enforce our rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your enterprise account remains active or as required to provide services. In some cases, data may be processed ephemerally (only in memory, not stored).

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Request access to your personal data.

• Request correction or deletion of your data.

• Restrict or object to processing in certain cases.
