Congratulations on having your poster accepted for presentation at the Annual ALS Network Research Summit! We are excited to have you share your research with our community. Please review the information below to ensure a successful presentation experience.
Accepted posters are required to be presented in-person at the ALS Network Research Summit on January 22 and 23, 2026 at the Pasadena Convention Center.
PREPARING YOUR DISPLAY
Poster layout
Dimensions: 36”x48”
Orientation: Portrait
To ensure that your poster does not exceed these dimensions to fit the provided boards, poster dimensions should not exceed 35×45 in – width/height.
ALS Network will provide poster numbers for easy identification and binder clips for mounting your materials.
ALS Network will also provide “no photos” signage (upon request) for those who do not want photographs taken of their poster.
CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
Include the title of your poster in full and author(s) at the top of the poster.
Ensure your poster is readable from a distance of 3 feet.
POSTER SET UP AND REMOVAL
Presenters are responsible for the transportation, setup, and removal of their posters.
January 22nd: Poster boards will be set up prior to the poster session and we encourage presenters to hang their work between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
January 23rd: Poster boards will continue to be displayed throughout the day’s session.
January 24th: Posters are to be removed at the end of the morning session.
Any posters left behind after the conclusion of the ALS Network Research Summit will be discarded.
POSTER PRESENTATION DETAILED SCHEDULE
Presentation of your poster will begin at the conclusion of the first day of sessions on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Presentation time will be approximately 5:45 PM - 7:00 PM. Please be available starting at 5:15 PM. Presentation will continue during lunch on Friday, January 23, 2026 at approximately 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM. Final selections will be made that afternoon, and winners will be announced at the end of the Friday session. On Saturday morning at 9:00 AM, winners will be highlighted and asked to give brief remarks about their poster.
MEETING REGISTRATION
If you have yet to do so, please register for the ALS Network Research Summit using the Register link at the top of the page.
WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawal requests are permitted until January 9, 2026.
Withdrawal requests should be submitted to Cece Santiago at and include the abstract title and the presenter’s name. Authors should also provide reasoning for the withdrawal.
