Welcome to the 2022-23 School Year!
I am very excited to start another school year! It's been an extremely unique last few years and I'm looking forward to getting back to some normalcy. Vineyard is an amazing school with support around every corner. Students should rest assured that there will always be someone there to answer questions or direct them to their next class. Please know that my first priority is my students. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. Each class has a tab up top for you to view information specific to that class. About Me
Hello! I have been teaching various grade levels for almost 20 years. My career began in Redlands where I started teaching first grade. Since then, I have taught a K/1 combo, a 4/5 combo, a straight 5th grade, and now 7th grade here at Vineyard where I am so happy to be teaching. I got my teaching degree from the University of Redlands and then my Masters Degree in Education from National University. I live locally with my husband, two kids, and two cats. My kids are both past student of Vineyard Jr. High and loved it. They now attend Los Osos High School. My hobbies include yoga, reading, and going on walks. We love spending time in Arizona at Lake Havasu and going on family vacations together. I also enjoy sports such as volleyball, soccer, and golf. I am passionate about teaching and helping my students understand the importance of being kind and helpful. I focus on having a positive mindset and encourage my students to do the same. I believe that communication is key and I am always available for parents and students alike.
