What is a PCCR?
PCCR stands for Plan for College and Career Readiness. Every year, you'll meet with a counselor to create and review your plan for college and/or career, and they will give you more information on how you can best achieve your goals. School counselors coordinate activities that help all students plan, monitor, and manage their own learning as well as meet competencies in the areas of:
Academic/Learning Development
Life/Career Development
Multicultural/Global Citizen Development
Personal/Social Development
