All about us :)
Ms. Evans
Ms. Evans was born and raised in pocatello, idaho. This will be her 8th year teaching! She loves to read, workout, and cook (but especially eat) food. most importantly she loves to cuddle with her dog remi. she graduated from Utah valley university with a bachelors in education. she loves trailside and all of the great students/families she's gotten to know in the vineyard area!
Mrs. mitchell
Mrs. Mitchell was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She moved to Utah county when she met her husband. They have 3 kids, Emily, AJ and Hailey. Mrs. Mitchell loves adventure and making memories with her family. They enjoy traveling, camping, boating, riding in the sxs and hiking. A fun fact about her is she is obsessed with DISNEY! Mrs. Mitchell always knew she wanted to be a teacher. She graduated from UVU with her bachelors in elementary education and this will be her 5th year teaching :) She absolutely loves teaching 2nd grade at Trailside! She is excited for her third year here and getting to know her new students and their families.
Ms. Powell
Ms. Powell was born in Payson, Utah. She grew up mainly in Longmont, Colorado. She has been teaching Kindergarten the last six years and is excited to be teaching second. She loves to camp with her five boys and going boating in the summer. She also has a Shih Tzu named Wicket that she adores. She graduated from Utah Valley University. She loves Trailside and all the wonderful students and supportive families.
Miss Berge
Miss Berge was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. She is the youngest of 4 kids, and an aunt to 10 nieces and nephews. She moved to Utah to attend BYU where she graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree online in Reading for Elementary Education. When she is not teaching, she loves movies, the beach, puzzles, playing tennis, spending time with family and friends, shopping at Target, and good food. She is looking forward to another awesome year at Trailside Elementary!
Mrs. page
Mrs. Page grew up in a VERY small town in Utah called Monroe. This is her third year teaching and she has always had a passion for it. For every birthday she had growing up, she asked for whiteboard markers and stickers to ‘play school’. She graduated from Utah Valley University with her Bachelor’s in Education to live out those childhood dreams. She’s living out her other dreams with her husband, baby boy, and wonderful puppy named Luna. She loves Trailside and could not be more excited for the upcoming school year!
