Meet our New Head Coach, Kayli Shoff!
We are excited for Kayli to lead this outstanding program into its next successful chapter. With a passion for cheer and a deep commitment to athlete development, she brings both experience and energy to the team — along with a vibrant personality that keeps practices, Competitions and Games uplifting and positive! She also knows when to lock in and get to work!
Kayli began her cheer career in high school, which led her to the Utah Valley University Spirit Squad (chatgpt://generic-entity?number=0), where she served as head captain. She concluded her collegiate career cheering at the University of Utah (chatgpt://generic-entity?number=1). Her competitive background built a strong foundation in leadership, and team culture.
Outside of cheer is her most important job as a wife and mother. Kayli is married to her husband, Ricky, and together they have four boys—Crew (14), Bowdy (11), Brock (11), and Hudson (5).
We are thrilled to welcome Coach Kayli and look forward to the leadership, passion, positivity, and FUN she will bring to our program.
Orem High School is proud to announce the hiring of Mallory Ringer as our new Head Girls Soccer Coach.
Coach Ringer is no stranger to the Tiger community. A former standout player at Orem High School, she understands firsthand the tradition, pride, and competitive spirit that define our girls soccer program. Following her graduation, she continued her playing career at Snow College, where she competed at a high level for two years and further developed her knowledge and passion for the game.
After her time at Snow College, Coach Ringer returned home to Orem High School, serving as an assistant coach for one season. She then expanded her coaching experience with a year at Timpanogos High School, gaining valuable insight and continuing to grow as a leader and mentor.
Please join us in welcoming Coach Ringer back home as she takes the helm of the Orem Girls Soccer program. We are excited for the leadership, passion, and competitive excellence she will bring to our student-athletes.
Go Tigers!

Orem Athletics mission is to create a culture of excellence and operate in an atmosphere in which expectations and high standards are driving factors in our success. These standards of expectation will act as guidelines as we work toward achieving our program, team, and individual goals. These standards reflect the philosophy of the Orem High School Athletics, administration and the school vision. A student-athlete at Orem High ought to hold themselves and others to a higher standard of success and accountability.
"Orem High's athletic program will promote interscholastic and education based-athletics that provide lifelong learning experiences to student-athletes while enhancing their achievement of educational goals."
Our goal is to teach the values of teamwork, pride, respect, commitment, work ethic, sportsmanship and development of the proper winning attitude. It is our hope that through the athletic process our student athletes will adopt these guidelines and develop a positive winning attitude that will carry over into all aspects of their lives.
