Welcome to another year of the Alpine School District STEM Fair! 

Winning projects from this district-sponsored event on February 11, 12, and 18 will be eligible and invited to participate in the Central Utah STEM Fair held at Brigham Young University’s Convention Center in March 2026.

Your school is invited to select at least twelve (12) qualifying science fair projects for the Alpine School District STEM Fair. There will be no fee for the district fair. However, each school sending one or more projects to the district STEM fair must provide THREE volunteer STEM fair judges to the district fair.

To qualify for the district and CUSF STEM fairs each project must comply with the requirements on the official CUSF entry form. Please read the science fair project rules on page 1 of the form carefully. 

An official entry form that is accurate and complete must be submitted by January 29 for the project to be eligible for the district competition. The same official entry form will serve for both the district fair and for the CUSF fair (if the project wins at the district fair).

Projects may be submitted by individual students or a team consisting of two or three students. Only one official entry form is required for team projects. 

Teachers, you need to send an official CUSF entry form (and any additional paperwork) for each project through district mail. Send elementary forms to Stephanie Billings at Sego Lily Elementary NO LATER THAN January 29, 2026. Send secondary forms to Haylee Stewart at AF Jr. NO LATER THAN January 29, 2026.
