We have a Canvas site which gives student access to our online catalog, tutorials on research, and other resources! Current Skyridge students can contact the library to be added to it, or click here to enroll themselves.
Hours
We open every morning at 7:20 am, and close at 2:40 pm; on Wednesdays we close at the end of lunch for faculty collaboration.
You may visit when class is in session with a pass from a teacher, or when you are accompanied by a staff member.
The library is an enrichment option during SKYtime! Check RTI Scheduler to see what activities we have going on, and request to attend.
During SKYtime, we host book club on the first Thursday of the month and Maker Club on B-day Mondays. See the librarians for a permission form--you may join at any time in the school year!
Circulation
Books are checked out for three weeks; a book may be renewed if another patron isn't waiting for it.
Digital books are checked out for two weeks at which point they are automatically returned unless you renew them.
Specialty items like makerspace kits and reference materials are checked out overnight and must be returned before school begins the next day.
Guidelines
No food, drink, or gum is allowed out of respect for library materials, equipment, and furnishings.
An Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) form must be signed to use the library computers; this form is found on your parent's Skyward account. You may use computers for educational purposes only.
