In an effort to align requests from outside agencies, organizations, or individuals, that offer culturally responsive professional learning training, the following documents are available to ensure that the content and materials are vetted by school administrators and adhere to article R277-328 Educational Equity in Schools.
R277-328 Educational Equity in Schools Compliance Agreement - Required compliance agreement to be submitted by outside agencies, organizations, or individuals to ensure their professional learning training, materials, and information are compliant with state and federal laws.
R277-328 Educational Equity in Schools Requirements Checklist - The following checklist serves as a guide for administrators to indicate how the professional learning content, materials, and information being presented by outside agencies, organizations, or individuals, adhere to R277-328 Educational Equity in Schools.
