5 - 3 oz. packages of jello (black cherry, lime, lemon, orange, strawberry) - I think Grandma actually adds a blue and a purple. She always has the red on top.
2 1/3 c. sour cream
Dissolve 1 pkg of jello in 1 cup boiling water. Put 1/3 cup of sour cream in a bowl and slowly add 1/2 c. of dissolved jello to it. Sitr until mixed well and pour into buttered/sprayed 11x13. Chill until set. To the remaining dissolved jello, add 3 T. cold water and pour over 1st layer (after it has set). Chill. Repeat with each jello color. Each layer takes about 20 minutes to set.

Music from Mongolia
Horse Violin and Throat Singing
See if you can hear the overtone singing (two notes at the same time).
This is NOT from Mongolia, but is a good example of overtone singing.
An intermixing of Mongolian throat singing and hard rock.
By request, here is the 4th grade end-of-the-year boomwhacker song that was a favorite!
Bucket Drum Routine - Use the rhythms below to play along.

Music Activity #19 - This is a student request this week. We've been enjoying this song at the beginning of each music class. It's a favorite! Don't stay in your seat while you listen. After all, this is the sit down, stand up song!
